Reformer Baby
A gentle and supportive class designed especially for new mums, our Reformer Baby Pilates offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body post-pregnancy—while keeping your baby close. This calm and nurturing environment allows you to move at your own pace, focusing on core strength, pelvic floor recovery, posture, and mobility. Led by experienced instructors who understand the postpartum journey, this class helps you regain strength and confidence in a relaxed, baby-friendly space. This class is suitable for babies up to 1 year.
Reformer Men Only
This men’s only class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility in a focused, supportive environment. Reformer Power
This high-intensity class is designed for experienced reformer clients, our Advanced Reformer class incorporates challenging sequences, advanced exercises, and dynamic transitions that demand strength, precision, and deep body awareness. You'll work through complex movement patterns that enhance power, control, flexibility, and coordination—taking your practice to its peak. Ideal for those with a strong Pilates foundation, this class offers a powerful full-body workout that will leave you feeling energised, focused, and accomplished. Not suitable for beginners.
Reformer 50+
Our Reformer 50+ class is designed specifically for those aged 50 and over who want to stay active, and strong through low-impact movement. With a focus on balance, flexibility, posture, and core strength, each session offers a gentle yet effective workout that supports health and overall well-being. Our experienced instructors will guide you through safe, controlled Reformer exercises at a comfortable pace, with plenty of options to suit individual needs.
